ROBERT B. PRICE, Chairman of the Board
Robert Price graduated from the University of Colorado in 1985, and the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1989. In 1991, Robert formed Brooks Energy Company, specializing in exploration for oil and gas reserves throughout the Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain regions. He also owns and operates a real estate holding company. Robert served as a member of the US Department of Interior’s Mineral Management Service Royalty Policy Committee and the Oklahoma Centennial Commission. He is the appointee of the Speaker of the Oklahoma Senate to the Tulsa Hospital Authority.  Additionally he serves on several boards, including, Advisory Member of the Mental Health Association of Tulsa, Advisory Member of Family and Children Services, and Tulsa Technology Center.

MICHAEL J. McCARNEY, Chief Executive Officer

As chief executive officer for Zeledyne, Michael McCarney draws upon his strong experience in global business management to lead the company’s growth strategy and day-to-day operations. He comes to the Zeledyne organization after more than three decades in the automotive industry at Ford Motor Company. During his tenure, Michael was plant manager at three of the company’s largest assembly operations. At the turn of the millennium, he assumed leadership for Ford’s first consumer business unit with responsibility for North American Truck Manufacturing. Additionally his strong leadership and sound business decisions took him to Asia, where he served as president of Ford’s South East Asian (ASEAN) Operations. Michael’s objectives at Zeledyne are to diversify the customer base and increase research, product development and sales.

SHAUN STARBUCK, Chief Financial Officer
Shaun Starbuck joined Zeledyne from Zipcar, where he held the position of CFO.  At Zipcar, Shaun was responsible for overall financial management and planning. Prior to Zipcar, he was Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Collision Centers, Inc.  Shaun was a key player on the team that took Sterling from its start-up phase to the leading national collision repair operation in only a few years. He has also held the position of division controller at Corporate Express, Inc., a $4 billion publicly held office supplies company that serviced Fortune 1000 companies. Shaun is a graduate of University of Colorado, where he received his MBA and BS in accounting.

TED STAWIKOWSKI, Vice President, Human Resources
Before joining the Zeledyne team, Ted Stawikowski was employed by the Ford Motor Company for over 31 years, serving in a number of senior human resource positions including marketing, sales and service and manufacturing. Additionally, he has an extensive human resources background in labor relations, participating on several CAW and UAW negotiating teams, as well as being responsible for a number of Ford/UAW Competitive Operating Agreements. Leveraging his manufacturing and diverse background, he is responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions at Zeledyne. Ted holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business commerce from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario.

MAURO R. DIFAZIO, Vice President, Float Glass Sales
As Vice President of Float Glass Sales, Mauro DiFazio has responsibilities for worldwide float glass sales and marketing. He brings more than 30 years of manufacturing experience at Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation, and most recently, at Automotive Components Holdings LLC. Mauro has worked in finance, operations, and sales and marketing, including positions as Plant Controller, Float Operations Manager, and Director of Sales and Marketing. Mauro holds a master’s degree in business administration from Lawrence Technological University and a bachelor’s of science in business from Lawrence Institute of Technology.

JOHN D. HELLER, Vice President, Automotive Glass Sales
John Heller’s career spans over 36 years of service with Ford, Visteon, and Automotive Components Holdings (ACH). His experience includes senior positions in both Sales & Business Planning and Finance. Most recently, John served as Director of Automotive Operations for ACH Glass, and was responsible for all Carlite operations, Original Equipment Sales and Business Planning for the Division. John holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School.

KIRK MCMENAMIN, Vice President, Engineering and Quality
Kirk McMenamin joins the Zeledyne team after serving as Division Quality Manager for ACH Glass Operations. At ACH, he was responsible for ensuring compliance with governmental product safety regulations, and that all glass products met or exceeded customer expectations. Prior to ACH, Kirk held a variety of positions within the Ford and Visteon organizations, with focus on engineering and production in float glass and windshield fabrication operations. Kirk graduated from the University of Missouri, with a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering.

BRYANT BAILEY, Vice President, MP&L and Procurement
Bryant Bailey was a 30 year employee of Ford Motor Company prior to joining the Zeledyne team. While at Ford, eight years were dedicated to the Glass Division. He held a variety of positions within the Glass group, including Division Supply Manager, Plant Manager in Juarez, Mexico and Director of Carlite Operations (Glass Division's aftermarket Sales and Distribution organization). Other Ford experience includes Supply Chain Management for an operation in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Material Planning and Logistics Manager for Ford's Exterior Components Division. Bryant holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Oakland City University. 

GEORGE W. LINDSTROM, Executive Director, Labor Relations and Safety
George brings a wealth of labor relations experience to the team, having served almost 39 years with the Ford human resources organization. Although he had experience in all facets of Human Resources, he became a labor relations specialist in more recent years and had the responsibility for negotiating new competitive operating labor agreements for the 10 U.S. ACH locations and developing the ACH Divestiture Labor Strategy. Additionally, he was an integral member of the negotiations team that resulted in the first Zeledyne/UAW collective bargaining agreement.
Throughout his career, George has maintained excellent working relationships at all levels of the UAW and is known for his integrity and fairness in the bargaining process. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.

BRIAN KELLIHER, Chief Information Officer
Brian Kelliher joined the Zeledyne team from the automotive steel supplier Metaldyne, where he was most recently the Director of Global IT. Brian has achieved over 20 years of IT experience and has a track record for delivering profit-driven technology solutions which included the implementation and support of outsourced solutions for Human Resources, Payroll, Help Desk and data center management. While at Metaldyne and its predecessor company MascoTech, Brian managed project initiatives that supported the merger of MascoTech, GMTI and Simpson Industries to create Metaldyne. Brian was part of a team that successfully integrated plant acquisitions from Dana and Chrysler, as well as playing an integral part in the divestiture of a number of other business units from Metaldyne. In addition, Brian directed the Sarbanes Oxley application remediation team and led initiatives to develop standard business processes and controls that provided increased visibility to key business data. Brian holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Michigan.
