MICHAEL J. McCARNEY, Chief Executive Officer As chief executive officer for Zeledyne, Michael McCarney draws upon his strong experience in global business management to lead the company’s growth strategy and day-to-day operations. He comes to the Zeledyne organization after more than three decades in the automotive industry at Ford Motor Company. During his tenure, Michael was plant manager at three of the company’s largest assembly operations. At the turn of the millennium, he assumed leadership for Ford’s first consumer business unit with responsibility for North American Truck Manufacturing. Additionally his strong leadership and sound business decisions took him to Asia, where he served as president of Ford’s South East Asian (ASEAN) Operations. Michael’s objectives at Zeledyne are to diversify the customer base and increase research, product development and sales. |

SHAUN STARBUCK, Vice President, Business Development Shaun Starbuck joined Zeledyne from Zipcar, where he held the position of CFO. At Zipcar, Shaun was responsible for overall financial management and planning. Prior to Zipcar, he was Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Collision Centers, Inc. Shaun was a key player on the team that took Sterling from its start-up phase to the leading national collision repair operation in only a few years. He has also held the position of division controller at Corporate Express, Inc., a $4 billion publicly held office supplies company that serviced Fortune 1000 companies. Shaun is a graduate of University of Colorado, where he received his MBA and BS in accounting. |

JAMES HABEL, Vice President, Treasury James Habel has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry serving Ford Motor Company, Visteon, and Automotive Components Holdings in various Finance and Operational leadership positions including Controller – Mergers & Acquisitions, Asst Plant Controller, Operations Manager, and Global Transportation & Customs Controller at Visteon. He has a strong background in managing international teams, internal control (including Sarbanes-Oxley), financial reporting, and process improvement and implementation. He currently directs Zeledyne’s global Treasury, Tax, and Insurance Operations. James holds a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business and a B.B.A from the University of Michigan – Dearborn. |

JOHN CATTELL, Chief Financial Officer John Cattell joins Zeledyne with over 15 years of direct automotive industry experience at both the OEM and Tier levels. Prior to Zeledyne, John was the CFO for Prestolite Wire, a manufacturer and distributor of automotive components. At Prestolite, John helped facilitate significant growth through multiple joint ventures and the acquisition of Mr. Gasket Company, a high-performance automotive aftermarket company. Previous experience includes various group controller, plant controller, and financial positions with GenTek, Lear, SPS Technologies, and Ford. As chief financial officer for Zeledyne, John will utilize his extensive and diverse financial and managerial background to lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives. John holds a BA degree in economics and management from Albion College and a MBA degree in finance from Michigan State University. |

BRIAN KELLIHER, Chief Information Officer Brian Kelliher joined the Zeledyne team from the automotive steel supplier Metaldyne, where he was most recently the Director of Global IT. Brian has achieved over 20 years of IT experience and has a track record for delivering profit-driven technology solutions which included the implementation and support of outsourced solutions for Human Resources, Payroll, Help Desk and data center management. While at Metaldyne and its predecessor company MascoTech, Brian managed project initiatives that supported the merger of MascoTech, GMTI and Simpson Industries to create Metaldyne. Brian was part of a team that successfully integrated plant acquisitions from Dana and Chrysler, as well as playing an integral part in the divestiture of a number of other business units from Metaldyne. In addition, Brian directed the Sarbanes Oxley application remediation team and led initiatives to develop standard business processes and controls that provided increased visibility to key business data. Brian holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Michigan. |
